Harrington Park Acts as Exclusive Financial Advisor Brew Team TN's Second Sale of Stores

Chicago, IL – January 12, 2026 – Harrington Park Advisors (“HPA”) served as exclusive financial advisor to Brew Team TN, LLC and Brew Team Cookeville, LLC (together, “Brew Team TN”) in connection with their sale to Southern Brew, an existing 7 Brew franchisee and sister company to Altamont Capital Partners’ portfolio company, Tacala.

This transaction marks Harrington Park's second successful engagement with Brew Team TN.

Harrington Park Advisors and Fifth Third served as financial advisors and Monroe Moxness Berg served as legal counsel to Brew Team TN. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
