Harrington Park Acts as Exclusive Financial Advisor to Brew Team TN on the Sale of Its 7 Brew Coffee Stands

Chicago, IL – September 10, 2025 – Harrington Park Advisors (“HPA”) served as exclusive financial advisor to Brew Team TN, LLC and Brew Team Cookeville, LLC (together, “Brew Team TN”) in connection with their sale to Southern Brew, an existing 7 Brew franchisee and sister company to Altamont Capital Partners’ portfolio company, Tacala. The transaction covers Brew Team TN’s 7 Brew Coffee stands and development agreement in Tennessee and North Carolina.
